30-Day Return Window
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. The 30-day window begins on the date the carrier records the delivery as completed. Returns requested after this window has closed cannot be accepted.
This policy applies to all items sold on championsale.lol. There are no categories of merchandise excluded from the 30-day return window. All returns are accepted regardless of the reason—whether the item does not fit, does not meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn, with no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- In their original condition, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Returned in the original packaging, including the original poly bag, box, or protective wrapping
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or declined return. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items and to determine the appropriate refund amount based on that assessment.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for customers in both the United States and Canada. We will provide you with a prepaid return label when your return request is approved. No restocking fee, processing fee, or any other deduction will be applied to your refund. The full purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@championsale.lol with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief note about the reason for the return (this helps us improve, but is not required)
We will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us, as returns sent without a return authorization may be delayed or refused.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item(s) arrive at our facility, our team will inspect them within 1–2 business days. If the return meets the conditions described above, we will approve the refund and initiate it to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after our processing for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. PayPal refunds typically post within 3–5 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been approved and again when it has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order on championsale.lol. This ensures your preferred item is reserved and shipped without delay.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@championsale.lol with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@championsale.lol. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled in transit; however, you may return the item under the terms of this policy after delivery.
