That is why every order ships free, with no minimum purchase. Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery, and we provide a prepaid return label for customers in the United States and Canada. We do not charge restocking fees. These are not promotional promises; they are how our store operates every day.
How We Operate
We work with a small number of suppliers in the United States and abroad. Orders are fulfilled from our Newark, Ohio facility. This allows us to maintain quality control and keep pricing stable. When we list a price, that is the price—we do not inflate prices and then advertise permanent “sales.”
