Order Processing
Orders placed on championsale.lol are processed within 1–2 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, or on a weekend or federal holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada. We do not ship to destinations outside these two countries, nor do we ship to freight forwarders, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact us at info@championsale.lol before placing your order.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no additional handling fees, fuel surcharges, or remote-area surcharges applied at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order leaves our facility, not from the date the order is placed. These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing are outside our control.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order is determined at the time of dispatch and is based on the destination and the size or weight of your package. We are not able to accept requests for a specific carrier at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Duties and Taxes (Canada)
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Championsale has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, please contact us at info@championsale.lol. We will handle the return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@championsale.lol with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at your choice.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Championsale is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@championsale.lol. We will make every effort to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
